HEALTHCARE

Medical
Employees have the option to enroll in the current Medical Plan. Eligibility begins the first day of the month following 90 days of employment. The plan provides a high level of coverage for most types of medical services including: hospitalization, outpatient services, emergencies and preventive care.

Dental
Employees can elect to enroll in the “Manage Care” dental plan, offering comprehensive benefits through a network of plan dentists. The plan offers coverage for preventive, basic and major services. The eligibility period is the same as the medical plan.

Vision
The medical and dental plans carry vision benefits. These benefits allow for discount rates for most vision services and accessories at various vision care specialists.

RETIREMENT PLAN

Construct Two Group believes all employees should take an active part in their retirement planning. We provide a contributory plan for all eligible employees.

Simple IRA
After meeting eligibility requirements, employees may elect to defer up to $11,500 pretax ($14,000 if 50 years of age or older) in this plan. The company will match up to 3% of compensation. All contributions are immediately 100% vested to the employee.

VACATION AND HOLIDAYS

Holidays
In 2008, employees will receive eight paid holidays.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Employees can receive up to fifteen days of PTO at the one-year anniversary date of hire. At the beginning of the calendar year, following six years of continuous employment, employees are eligible for an additional five days of PTO.  The benefit is prorated for new employees during their first year of employment.

DISABILITY BENEFITS

The Construct Two Group Benefits Program provides employees who are away from work due to illness or disability with all or a portion of their base salary.

Long-Term Disability
This plan is designed to continue part of base salary if an employee’s medically certified disability extends more than ninety (90) days. This coverage is provided to employees at no cost.

Life and Accidental Benefits
Construct Two Group provides basic life insurance for its employees. This coverage is provided at no cost to employees.
